Return/Exchange Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

 

Returns

Received your item but realized that the size doesn't fit or Sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, we've got you covered! You can exchange or return the item for a refund within 3 days after delivery. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns. 

1. Please contact Customer Service on Facebook, Instagram or Email, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Our highly trained Customer Service Representative will assist you with the return process.  Return / Exchange notice allowed within 3 days of receiving your package.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. For Metro Manila, Our rider can pick up the package( For replacement, rider will pick up the return item upon the delivery of your replacement). For Provincial, drop off your package at the nearest LBC or JRS Branch.  You have 14 days from the day of your notice to return the package back to us.  Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

If you request a refund or replacement  for an item during the above time frames but you unable return it to us for some reason, we don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

4. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.  As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of shipment in case you need to contact us about your return. 

5. Will process the refund once item is received. Refund will be issued on your original mode of payment. If a consumer had a change of mind on their purchase, the original shipping fee are non-refundable. Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example factory defects or imperfections due to the seller’s negligence are covered. 

NOTE: We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

 

Exchange 

Exchanges are only available for different sizes and/or colors of the same style. We are unable to accommodate exchange requests for different products. If your exchange item is unavailable or out of stock, our customer service will provide you with alternative options. Return / Exchange notice allowed within 3 days of receiving your package. Our highly trained Customer Service Representative will assist you with the replacement process.

Waist Trainer
Bodysuits
Intimates
Swimwear
Jewelry & accessories 
Sports bra
 

 Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, and suppliers' requests, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original packaging.
