Online orders will stay open for the good of the economy, to protect jobs and to help people to stay at home.

The ETA is 7-10 business day. We'll do our best to ship orders as quickly as we can. We're taking strict precaution to sanitized your parcel, so there may be a 4-6 day delay in processing your orders.

When will I get my Pending Order?
We will coordinate with all the customer that has pending orders for delivery arrangement. Rest assured that we will prioritize all pending orders. As our International Shipment is affected of the Worldwide outbreak, limited flights are flying to deliver our boxes, and our local delivery is affected by the ECQ(enhanced community quarantine), uncotrollable delay is expected.

Can the virus be transmitted via my package/Shipment?
DUE TO WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC, WE ARE TAKING STRICT PRECAUTIONS TO SANITIZED YOUR PARCELS.
Also, according to the WHO and the Robert Koch Institute, there is no conclusive evidence that an infection with any type of coronavirus is possible through contact with objects or packages, including those arriving from areas where cases have been reported. In addition, we are encouraging our staffs and couriers to sanitize regularly and after each customer contact.
